Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Head Support Sleep Mask with Arm Pouch. If it isn't right for you, you have 90 days from the day you receive it to contact us, and we will refund you.
How to request a refund
- Email us at info.voltdash@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong, and add a photo if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- We reply within 24 hours and tell you the next step. Depending on the case, we may ask you to send the item back or let you keep it.
Conditions To qualify, the item should be unused and in its original packaging.
If your order doesn't arrive If your order has not arrived by the end of the maximum delivery time shown in our Shipping Policy, we consider it lost and we will refund you in full.
When you get your money back Once your refund is approved, we process it right away. The time it takes to reach you depends on Shopify Payments or your payment provider, which may apply its own conditions. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
United Kingdom, Germany and the European Union: 14-day right to cancel If you are in the UK, Germany or the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info.voltdash@gmail.com or by using the model withdrawal form below. We refund you within 14 days of being informed of your decision, or of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that it has been sent back, whichever applies. If the item has lost value because it was handled more than necessary, we may deduct that loss from the refund. This right is in addition to our 90-day guarantee.

Australia and New Zealand Our guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. These rights cannot be excluded: if a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Your statutory rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights in any country.
