Where we ship United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and select countries in South America.
Processing and delivery time (United States)

- Delivery: 6–11 business days.
- Total: 7–13 business days from the day you order.
Delivery times to other countries may vary. Planning a trip? Order at least 2 weeks before you travel.
Tracking When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it at every step.
Cost, taxes and duties Shipping is free. The price you pay at checkout includes shipping and the applicable taxes and import duties, so there are no extra charges when your order arrives.
Delays and lost orders If we see that your order will be delayed beyond the time shown above, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund. If it hasn't arrived by the end of the maximum delivery time, contact us and we will refund you in full.
Wrong address Please check your address at checkout. If it is wrong, email us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee we can change it once the order has shipped.
