These terms apply to your use of [ASIER: dominio] and to any purchase you make from NapNest, operated by Asier Porras Santamaría ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders and acceptance When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order, for example if there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do.
2. Prices and payment Prices are shown in your local currency, converted from US dollars, so the amount may vary slightly with exchange rates. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: it includes shipping and the applicable taxes and import duties. Payment is processed by our payment providers.
3. Shipping and delivery See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but we will refund you if your order does not arrive within the maximum time shown there.
4. Returns, refunds and guarantee See our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Using the product The product is made to be used on seats with a headrest as a passenger. Do not use it while driving or in any situation where you need to stay alert or free to react. Always keep your seat belt fastened as required, and make sure you can release yourself quickly if needed. It is not suitable for children. It is a comfort product and is not a medical device.
6. Intellectual property All content on this site (text, images, logo and design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Liability Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
8. Changes We may update these terms; the version in force when you place your order applies to it.
